General Qualifications

CPA strongly preferred
Knowledge of public accounting and external audit procedures.
Knowledge of U.S. GAAP, U.S. GAAS, and PCAOB standards.


4-10 years experience including
Big 4 experience
Industry experience
SEC reporting experience required
