Audit Senior – Hedge Funds
Salary: a competitive salary and benefits package is offered
Location: Roseland, NJ
Responsibilities:
Perform audit, review and compilations for a diversified client base
Prepare and review client financial statements including all footnote disclosures and supplemental schedules
Qualifications
CPA or all required courses for CPA
3+ years experience with hedge fund audit
Prepare and review K-1s, tax estimates, and 1065 partnership income tax returns for various clients.
Perform tax testing for wash sales, straddles, short sales, constructive sales, short vs. the box strategies, unrelated business taxable income (UBTI), and section 1256 and 988 transactions.
