Highly established firm in New York City seeks qualified Senior Compliance Manager for Capital Markets. This job pays $150,000 plus for the right candidate.

National CPA firm seeking an experienced senior manager in our Risk Consulting Regulatory and Compliance practice to lead our Capital Markets Compliance practice

Responsibilities:

· Lead the Capital Market Compliance practice · Grow strategic markets (including New York) · Identify and pursue new target clients and build long term business relationships.

Compliance tax manager Qualifications:

· Experience with the U.S. and international capital markets regulatory requirements and reporting · Experience in back, middle and front office applications and processes · Knowledge of anti-money laundering and consumer compliance regulatory requirements · Audit and/or compliance experience in a variety of diversified financial environments · Solid technology background, with experience implementing commercially available capital markets trade surveillance, AML, fraud, and enterprise case management solutions (Actimize, Progress, SunGuard Protegent, Mantas, SMARTS.Broker, Norkom, Memento, FiServ, SAS, Monarch, Mantas, Pega) at large diversified financial institutions · Experience building anti-money laundering and/or fraud prevention, detection and investigation programs at large financial institutions · Knowledgeable in OFAC and foreign markets · Experience working in a project environment with top 50 firms · Experience working for a big four accounting firm · Experience with any of the following: global sanctions, asset recovery, credit risk evaluation, and/or statistical modeling
